SŌBR is a trade name of M&E Care & IT (General Partnership / VOF), VAT BE 101.487.7247, Kwakkelenberg 18, 2570 Duffel (Belgium). M&E Care & IT is the controller responsible for processing your personal data in the context of activities on sobrvibe.be. You can reach us via hello@sobrvibe.be.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Payment details (processed via secure payment provider)
- Order history
- IP address and browsing behaviour (via cookies)
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used for:
- Processing and following up on your orders
- Managing your customer account
- Communication about your order (order confirmation, shipping)
- Legal and accounting obligations
- Improving our website and services (anonymised analytical data)
We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
